What is Holistic Health coaching?


So, what is a Holistic Health coach?

Many people don’t have intense medical condition, but their health might be a little of track. We all know 3 things we should do that would make us feel better but that we simply doesn’t do. Sounds familiar?

Working out on regular basis, cut down on sugar, eat smaller portions, take time to relax and stress down, start yoga or meditation, eat out less… the list can be made long. It doesn’t require a genius to notice things we can do to take care of our health and wellbeing.

So why don’t we do it?

Health is so much more than we traditionally think. A Holistic health coach approaches health from a perspective of non-food nourishment. Its not only what you have on you plate that feeds you!


You do are what you eat, but as, if not even more important is health, balance and wellbeing in areas of career, relationships, physical activity and spirituality.

A health coach is a guide and supportive mentor who empowers you to take responsibility for your health, holds you accountable and coaches you to achievement of your personal goals. Together we find health-supportive modifications and solutions, and coaches you towards the life you want to live. Quite cool, isn’t it?

 And whom is it for?


For everyone that feels that they wanna make some positive changes in their life. 

All for us can benefit of a health coach. Those 3 things you know would make you good, but that you haven’t done - don’t you think you would have done it by now if you could do it alone?

Like for all of us, life gets in our way, and we think soon - soon we’ll get there, we’ll do it. But time flies, and mañana might mean tomorrow in Spanish, but in real life its more like never. 

To not take care of your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs will decrease both the quality and length of you’re life.

Find balance in all areas of life and get tools to be able to maintain health and happiness, cause it ain’t something we find - it is a life-long practice.

And the best part? 

The more in balance we are, the more empowered, creative and content we are, the more energy we free up and the more surplus we accumulate - and that surplus we will naturally use to be of service, to do good for the benefit of others. And isn’t that what its all about?

My wish and Intention

Looking out in the world I get the feeling that more and more people are not feeling their best. Majority of it all is related to lifestyle, unreal expectations on ourselves and others, poor diet due to so many (easily modified) reasons, and so many options for everything that we end up more confused than we’ve ever been - and the list goes on…

What hurts me the most is that so many people, myself included, seems to be walking around with the belief that we’re not good enough. How can it be like that when we absolutely are?

Like a collective lie that so many of us fully bought..

Studying at Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I will be a certified Holistic Health coach September ‘19.

My wish is to help clients get out of there own way, so that they can navigate, prioritize and build the life they wish to live. 

To eat food that serves their bodies, to have time over instead of wishing for 25h/day, to be comfortable and loving being in their own skin, gain focus on their personal goals and experiencing great achievements. And most of all: Doing all of that loving themselves and feeling absolutely good enough. Feeling more than good enough!
